Santa understands: that this client and incomes from subsequent bookings with this client will remain the account / property of American Events. Santa agrees NOT to contact this client for purposes other than conducting authorized AEP business procedures. If entertainer is contacted by client/company after event, (any time within a period of 5 years) all spin-off bookings/ incomes will be re-directed to AEP to manage, per non-compete agreement. AEP will ethically re-book same entertainer to this client/event next year, when client rebooks and expresses pleasure with your services. AEP will ethically re-book same entertainer for any “spin-off” business for which contractor is or may possibly arrange schedule to accommodate.

Entertainer/Contractor agrees to invoice AEP for this for appearance. Contractor agrees if paperwork verifying contract position is not completed or valid, worker will be paid at employee rate of $12.50 per hour. Legal steps may be taken by AEP to recover any overpayments to worker, at worker's expense.
