Santa will arrive day before start for orientation. Santa will be subject to all rules and regulations of resort staff (i.e. no drinking/drugs, customer relations, punctuality, no relationships with resort guests beyond performance activities, etc. These will be outlined in great detail once contract is signed.)
Santa will perform in 2-4 hour sessions 2-3 times per day for families staying at this exclusive resort.
A collection of activities will be scheduled and lead by Santa, including sailing, fishing, pool side and beachfront.

Skills Required
Good computer (not cell phone) communication will be required.
Excellent mastery of FREEFORM Clausing is needed as this is not at all your typical seated Santa visit scenario.
Creativity, quick wit, many performance skills without a script, assistance or prompting are required.
Swimming will be part of your activities.
Santa needs to be in GREAT HEALTH and PHYSICAL CONDITION to keep up a very active schedule with the children.
All costuming and props will be supplied by Santa. Daily checkins with Agent in the form of a DAILY RECAP will be required.
